  • What area do you provide service in?

We can provide sealcoating and paving services to customers in and around the Chester County area in Pennsylvania.

  • What types of payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.

  • What is sealcoating and why should I do it?

Sealcoating is the process of applying a protective black coating to asphalt pavements in order to preserve its integrity. Routine maintenance keeps your driveway protected and aesthetically pleasing. Plus, it saves you money as it will delay deterioration and having to replace the whole driveway. Sealcoating is not a one-time structural repair.

  • How often should I sealcoat my driveway?

On average, every 2-3 years. The major factors that affect how the sealer wears is traffic flow, UV ray exposure, water flow and settlement, salt, snow plows, and other winter weather conditions.

  • What are signs that my property's parking lot needs to be repaved?

A few signs that your property's parking lot needs to be repaved include:

    • Cracks in the pavement
    • Potholes
    • Uneven and sunken surfaces
    • Oil stains or other marks
    • Weeds growing through the asphalt
    • Visible deterioration of the edges of the lot
    • Standing water that won’t drain away after a rainstorm or snowfall
    • Unsafe conditions, such as poor visibility due to faded lines

If you notice any of these signs, it’s time to call in a professional paving company for an assessment and estimate. Regular maintenance and periodic repaving are essential for keeping your property's parking lot safe and attractive. Don't wait too long - taking care of the problem can help prevent costly repairs down the road.

  • What is the difference between sealcoating and paving?

Sealcoating is an asphalt maintenance procedure that involves applying a thin layer of liquid sealant to the surface of asphalt pavement. It helps protect the underlying asphalt from environmental damage, UV rays, water and other elements. Sealcoating also provides a protective barrier against oil and gasoline spills, as well as wear and tear from traffic and weather. Paving, on the other hand, is a more extensive repair or upgrade to an asphalt surface. It involves completely removing and replacing existing pavement with new material. While sealcoating can help extend the life of asphalt surfaces, paving is necessary when pavement has been severely damaged due to large-scale cracking or settling.
